I will always remember Ralph coming into the store and calling me Candace. At first I didn't know how he knew my name,it took a while for me to figure it out
He was a great man!
I worked with Ralph for several years at DOT in Newark. He was a really great guy. He always had a joke and a smile. My sincere condolences to the family.
