James passed away on Thursday March 31, 2016 at Rochester General Hospital at the age of 52. James was predeceased by his mother Lucy A. Bailey. He is survived by his father Reverend Harold Bailey, brothers Desmond and Milton, step-brother Alanzo Bailey, Aunt Melba and Uncle Larry Heath, many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and his church family. Services will be held at the Cason Funeral Home in Brookville, Florida.
