Ruby Morgan, 86, of Alton, passed away May 3, 2016. She is predeceased by husband, Fred; parents, Charles & Anna Leaird; grandchildren Kyle & Trevor Gasper and son-in-law James Mourey.
She is survived by her children, Sandra Morgan of Alton, Judy (Dave) Mourey-Gasper of North Rose, Laurie (Matt) Gasper of Sodus Center; sister Esther Buys; 9 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; nieces & nephews.
She enjoyed camping, crocheting, shopping and she was a long-time member of the Alton Fire Dept. Auxiliary.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday, May 14th, 2016 at 12noon-2pm at Norton Funeral Home, 45 W. Main St., Sodus. A funeral service will follow at 2PM. Burial will be held following the funeral services at the York Settlement Cemetery. There will be a reception to follow at the Alton Fire Department Auxiliary. Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the Alton Fire Department, PO Box 2, Alton NY 14413.
