Sodus: Passed away on November 9th, at age 45. Kennie is survived by his parents Martha and James Mitchell Sr. of Sodus; daughters Essence and Eliana Mitchell of Clyde; sisters Pearlie Jenkins and Tammy Mitchell of Sodus; brothers James Mitchell Jr. of Webster, Bennie Mitchell of South Carolina, Joel Mitchell of San Jose, CA, and Earl Mitchell of Sodus; sisters-in-law Denise Mitchell of Webster, Kristine Mitchell of SC, and Kjoki Mitchell of San Jose; 19 devoted nieces and nephews; several aunts and cousins. Kennie was predeceased by his sister Rosemary Black.
Visitation will be held Saturday November 12th, from 7-9 p.m. at the Norton Funeral Home, 45 West Main Street in Sodus. A graveside service with interment will be Monday, 11 a.m. at the Sodus Rural Cemetery.
