Christine Ann Weed, age 69 passed away Friday, July 1, 2016 surrounded by her loving family after complications from open heart surgery.
Christine is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Gary Weed; daughter Michelle (Kenneth) LaRock of Sodus; brothers Gilbert (Zell) Ellis of Geneva , Rick (Kathy) Ellis of Sodus, Michael (Betty) Ellis of Lakeland Florida; sister Roxanne Button (Steve Putnam) of Sodus; Aunts Alice Iddings, Bonnie Updyke, Rita Iddings; her greatest pride and joy grandchildren: Miya LaRock, Christopher Wright, Raymond DeSilva, and Ethan DeSilva; several nieces and nephews; and by her extended family, Heather (Nathan) Camp, Raymond (Jessica) DeSilva, and Nadi Bueso. Christine was predeceased by her wonderful parents Gilbert and Elaine Ellis.
Friends may call Thursday, July 7 from 7 pm-9 pm at the Norton Funeral Home, Sodus.
Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Cardio Thoracic ICU of Rochester General Hospital or to the United Third Methodist Church of Sodus.
