Joe was the most fun adult for kids that I ever met. I knew him from the beginning of my life in 1946. He was always interested in us kids and he would include us in things, play with us, and teach us. Never a cross word, no teasing, and amazing patience. He taught us all how to be around kids.
So good for you, Joe, to make it to 102! I will never ever forget you.
RIP old friend.

What a wonderful man. He gave all his Sat. mornings to Elks junior bowling. The world lost one of a kind

Linda and I wish we could be with the family today to honor this special life. Uncle Joe will be in our hearts forever. As a boy growing up, it was always a time remembered spending weekends and summertime on Sodus Bay with Uncle Joe, Aunt Margaret and cousin Billy. Over the past few years, our trips to N.Y. were always anticipated and to celebrate his birthdays. Linda became an instant fan of his after meeting him in 2008. My uncle always re-charged my soul, and we couldn't wait until our next visit. Life will be so different without him. May he be at peace, and getting those front row seats to all his favorite sports teams that he loved watching on television. Dannie and Linda

Joe was the kindest man. He was my bowling coach for many many years. He watched me grow up, gave me support when times were tough and laughed at all of the crazy things Kayla and I used to do. He was one of a kind and a huge part of my life. He shaped the person I became. We were all very blessed to get to have him apart of our lives.
