Heartfelt condolences to the Powers family on the passing of Gary. When I think of him, I see that smiling, happy teenage older brother of my friend Mary Sue. Always a dedicated student and sports lover, he was a one of the good guys who was a positive example to the younger boys at SCS. I am sure your many happy memories of Gary will serve to console you in the upcoming days.
I wish I could have attended the funeral today, but I am mending from a surgery on Monday (nothing serious). My deepest sympathies.
